OUR STORE POLICIES

Conjured Sista Hoodoo is about family connection and love and we value each and one of our extended family members. We are dedicated to ensuring that our extended family members are treated fairly, and are rewarded with an enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that genuine love, care, and attention is necessary to everyone of you who trusts us on their spiritual journey. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you have any questions.

Due to the nature of our products and services no refunds will be granted. If you have an issue with any products that have been damaged in transit to you, please contact us so we can figure out how to rectify the situation. We do examine all of our products before they leave our space, but we do know that things happen that are out of both your control and ours and because of that we will always be here to help you with any concerns or issues. As it pertains to services, please be aware that all appointments must be kept or rescheduled within a 24 hour time frame. If one fails to do this we will no longer be able to service you and no refunds will be given as it takes us a substantial amount of time to prepare for our rituals, readings, and healing sessions. We do not accept any late appointments whatsoever, if you are not at your appointment within 1 minute of the scheduled time your appointment will be cancelled and we will refuse future services.
