Road Opener and Ancestral Veneration Ritual
This service is done for a group of participants all at the same time. I venerate (honor) all benevolent ancestors and loved ones both known and unknown and invite them into the sacred space I have created for them, so that we can commune in the physical. I share love and appreciation for them and accept them into the space as guides, protectors, warriors, and nurturers on our behalf. I work this ritual at my own ancestral altar, creating a spiritual village of Divine inhabitants to bring out the best in us and for us. Afterall, it takes a village to raise a child, and we are the children. I then speak affirmative prayers to open the roads for prosperity and abundance in our finances, love lives, good health, wealth, credit, peace of mind, relationships, family, jobs, promotions, healing, success, business, education, parenting, etc. It is also important for me to give thanks for the blessings that we already have been given according to the five elements and then continue on with my ceremonial practice. Ancestors within this work are defined as any loved ones (friends, family, pilars of the community) that you'd like to honor and lift up in love and light.
