WHAT IS HOODOO?
Hoodoo is known by most to be a Black Folk Magick, but it's a lot more than that, it is the practice of Animism and Ancestral Veneration.
IS HOODOO ONLY FOR BLACK FOLKS?
In practice, yes. Others will beg to differ, but the Truth is the Truth.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I'VE BEEN FIXED, CURSED, HEXED, JINXED, OR SENT THE EVIL EYE?
You will first have to rule out any biological, physical, and/or mental health issues from a medical professional. If nothing can be found you MIGHT have spiritual ailments. Keep in mind this cannot be done by a reading alone.
HOW MANY HEALING SESSIONS SHOULD I GET?
This is dependent upon each individual and the issues that one is having. We always suggest that you should start out with a minimum of 3. However, if you have been experiencing issues for longer than 3 months, we suggest that you get 1 for every month thereafter. For example, if you have been experiencing consistent hardship for 18 months, you should consider a total of 18 sessions. Please keep in mind, you may experience relief beforehand.
DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT FOR HEALING SESSIONS?
Yes. If you are not able to physically be present we do offer both in person and remote Big Mama's Healing Sessions.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not accept returns all sales are final. However, if you are having issues with product we ask that you contact us so we can handle the situation appropriately.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE COMMUNITY RITUALS?
You can find all of our community rituals in the, "Book Online," section. Once you are on our booking page all you'll need to do is press the drop down menu under, "Our Services," and choose, "Group Rituals & Live Spells". There you'll be able to find all available community rituals you can participate in!
ARE THE COMMUNITY RITUALS DONE LIVE?
All of our community rituals are done PRIVATELY then the photos are uploaded via Instagram. We recommend anyone who has decided to participate in any of our rituals to thoroughly read the descriptions for each working and to harness their energy when we start at 9PM EST for stronger results. WHAT DO I DO WHEN MY ORDER WAS RETURNED?
If your order has been returned due to an incorrect provided address we do have a reshipment fee (pricing varies from order size) as we are a small business. Please be sure to submit a contact form with your order information so we can handle the situation appropriately.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY RECEIPT. WHERE CAN I FIND ALL MY ORDERS AND BOOKINGS?
Before making a purchase on our site it is pertinent you provide us with the CORRECT email address. That way you can receive your receipt. However, if you've realized you made a typo and it isn't anywhere within your email submit a support form so we can help you update it.
